The Régalon Gorges

Starting from the small village of Mérindol in the Luberon, this slightly sporty hike through the Régalon Gorges has something magical about it.

Walking through the narrow gorges is playful, and you’ll sometimes need to use your hands to climb over a few rocky obstacles. Don’t worry—it’s more impressive than difficult.

You’ll see, the atmosphere between these two cliffs is enchanting and sparks the imagination. Who knows—you might even spot a fairy…

The rest of the hike continues along shaded forest paths and the ridge before returning to your car.

It’s a very nice family-friendly hike in the Régalon Gorges that also offers a bit of cool relief during hot summer days.
