This loop takes you beneath the cliffs, into the mysterious Val d&#8217;Enfer, known for its twisted rocks (bauxite). La Tour des Opies :The Roof of the Alpilles<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Want to touch the sky? Les Opies is the highest point in the massif (498m). Mouri\u00e8s : Les Caisses de Jean-Jean<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mouri\u00e8s is the capital of olive oil, but also a major archaeological site. This trail follows an old railway line (flat and pleasant) before climbing up to the oppidum. The climb to Notre-Dame de Beauregard offers spectacular views of the Durance valley.
